Sprint Review

A Scrum ceremony held at the end of each sprint where the team demonstrates the work completed during the iteration to stakeholders and the product owner. The sprint review is an inspect-and-adapt event focused on the product — what was built, what was not, and what comes next. Stakeholders provide feedback that may result in backlog updates. Unlike a formal presentation, the sprint review is a collaborative working session: the team shows real, working software and discusses discoveries made along the way. It should last no more than four hours for a one-month sprint.
