Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 7 days of Pro free, with 30 AI credits and full Pro feature access. No credit card required. After the trial you keep using the free tier or upgrade with one click.
Do my teammates need to sign up to vote?
No. Anyone you invite to a room joins by clicking the link and entering a name — no account required. Only the facilitator who creates the room needs an account.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the charge for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep paid features through the period you already paid for.
How do AI credits work?
Plan credits (5 / 50 / 200 / 1,000 per month for Free / Pro / Team / Enterprise) reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. You can buy top-up credit packs anytime — purchased credits never expire and only kick in after your monthly allowance runs out.
How much time and money will my team actually save?
