Is it really free?
Yes — core scrum poker stays free forever, no credit card. Up to 8 participants per room. Pro and Team add AI estimates, integrations (Jira, Linear, GitHub), session history, and async voting.
Do my team members need accounts?
No. Send a room link — they join by typing a name. Only the room creator and people on paid plans need an account.
Can my distributed team vote across timezones?
Yes. Async voting lets you set a deadline and collect votes whenever your team is online — results consolidate when everyone's in. Live rooms work in real time when your team is together.
Do you offer self-hosted or on-premise?
Not as a standard option — Plandeck runs on a hardened EU-hosted stack we manage end to end, same SLA for every customer. Enterprise customers with strict requirements can talk to us about dedicated deployments.
How do I set up SSO / SAML for my team?
SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are part of the Enterprise plan. Once you upgrade we'll send a setup guide for your IdP (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) and stay on the call until it works.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data lives in the European Union. We use Neon (Postgres) for the primary database, Cloudflare for real-time rooms, and Resend for transactional email — full sub-processor list available on request.
Can I sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes — email legal@plandeck.app for our standard DPA. We turn around custom redlines for Enterprise customers in days, not weeks.
How do I cancel or downgrade my subscription?
From Settings → Billing you can downgrade or cancel any time, with no contact-us hoops. Your data stays accessible until the end of the paid period.
I think I found a security issue — what now?
Email security@plandeck.app with details — please don't open a public issue. We acknowledge within 24 hours and credit responsible disclosures.
