Release Readiness Check
Assess whether features are ready to ship before the release window
A structured pre-release voting session where team members assess each feature's readiness: Low (needs significant work), Medium (minor issues remain), High (ready with caveats), or Go (ship it). Simultaneous voting prevents groupthink and surfaces overlooked quality or documentation gaps. Use the result to make a data-informed go/no-go decision rather than a gut-feel call.
